Mojo got to visit Caleb's 1st grade class today for pet day! Caleb shared with his classmates what he uses to take care of Mojo (we brought in Mojo's food measuring cup, nail grinder, hair brush, and spray shampoo). But when Mr. Myers first asked Caleb how he takes care of Mojo, he answered, "Well- he doesn't poop on our rugs as much anymore."
Afterwards, the kids got to come up one by one and and pet Mojo... which he thoroughly enjoyed! The kids even asked some great questions such as where we got him, where he hangs out during the day when we are gone, and what kind of food he eats.
I was a little surprised when Caleb shared with the class that Mojo could shake his hand. Mojo had learned this trick about a year ago when he was going to Doggie School but didn't realize he had still maintained the trick. So I sat back and watched as Caleb started to show the class this awesome trick his dog could do... Caleb leaned in, picked up Mojo's paw, and shook it. :)
