Left: Ready for ballerina class Right: Learning stretches
Emilie had her first "ballerina" class tonight. She has been waiting for this night for weeks now! She had a blast (especially the large wall mirror... she was busy looking at herself, twirling around in her skirt all night!) and told me afterwards how she "had a GREAT time!"
Brief explanation about the pics & video... my camera broke when I was in Guatemala. So I have been using my cell phone to take pics & videos. Also- the shots of Emilie in class were taken outside the observation window. The music you hear is from the class room across the hall from Em's.

Oh, Emilie is so cute in that tutu and I just bet that she loves it!! This is what I have always wanted, a little girl in dancing! I bet you are loving this. =) I cannot wait to be able to buy little dresses and PINK!!
OK, now I know what I want to be when I grow up! A dance teacher for Emilie's class! Yeah, right, with my arthritic hips, dream on, granny...

Ja, I am so serious when I say that you have a real gift for writing. It's so easy and enjoyable reading your stories. You also express your thoughts so succinctly. I have a feeling there's a book here somewhere down the road so I hope you're keeping hard copies of all you write. I'm sure many moms think their kids are talented, but I'm not just any mom and you are not just any "kid." Please think about your writing. I think it's truly a God-given gift. And I absolutely love it!!
