Emilie was able to participate in a clay throwing class at Outside the Lines in Hilliard. She had such a fun time!
The instructors were so sweet and very helpful! Here she is shaping her bowl. It looks so easy but it took a lot of arm muscle to shape the clay and keep it on the spinning wheel!
The finished product! The bowl will dry for 7 days and then go through the kiln. We will be going back to paint the bowl in the next few weeks. (If you look closely you can see where Emilie 'signed' the waiver. She insisted on adding her signature :) )
