Caleb has been asking all year to have McDonald's for lunch at school on his birthday so when the big day came, McDonald's it was. Besides McDonald's, Caleb also requested Krispy Kreme's to share with his class as his birthday treat. I dropped two boxes of donuts off when I stopped by for lunch and included in those boxes were the new S'mores donuts... creme filled and covered in chocolate icing and graham cracker crumbs. Considering there were only 14 students and 24 donuts between the 2 boxes... I really didn't think anyone would notice if I took 2 of the S'mores for Tamara and me to enjoy. But sure enough, when I cam back to school in the afternoon to help pass out the donuts, Caleb quickly called me out on the two missing donuts. Even though there were 7 donuts left over....
As a tradition, Mr. Myers places a royal cape over the birthday student's seat. Caleb apparently decided to wear the cape all day. :)
