Sweet Little Differences

Emilie is at such a precious stage right now with her talking.... She is starting to talk more and is putting together sentences but there is still a hint of baby talk that lingers- which I just love. I was telling Josh though that I couldn't remember Caleb talking this way when he was 4. I was worried I had just forgotten how Caleb talked when he was younger but then Josh reminded me of the sweet little differences between Caleb and Emilie. Emilie is much more imaginative and dramatic in her speaking while Caleb is very literal and matter of fact.

And those sweet little differences were showcased this afternoon.

Emilie came upstairs all excited and announced, "I just petted Moji!" To which Caleb responded, "I don't understand why she is so excited. It's not like we are at a petting zoo or anything!"
