I truly believe I am so blessed to be working at Nationwide. Not just because I have a job- but mostly because of the wonderful people I work with. Our department this past month decided to work towards raising money to purchase new bikes for a local children's home which works with severely abused and neglected children. Between raised monies and support from Performance Bicycle, we were able to donate 9 bikes (valued on avg at $350 each), helmets, water bottles/cages, bike locks, and a lifetime service warranty for each bike! Our teams spent this morning wrapping the helmets & locks as well as making Christmas cards for all 30 kids at the home. Everyone was so into the card making and they turned out beautifully! The bottom picture is my van loaded with 6 of the bikes & wrapped gifts.
